I can easily wear it on our under my clothes. I give it 3 stars because the straps tend to ride up and I have to fix them and the latching is on the back not front. My PT trainer said that is not very effective, and I find myself adjusting it often. It does give minor relief support but for 3rd trimester being heavily pregnant need to go with a more heavy duty item.
It arrived a day earlier with the Prime. It is made of a soft, comfortable material. It fits the belly quite well. I bought the one size and great measurements. I liked it a lot. I recommend it.

Currently 6 months pregnant and the weight of my belly is starting to affect my back and I was having pains in my lower abdomen when walking. This band really helps with support and to it's not bulky. It's very comfortable too. It's a little hard to get it tight because the Velcro is in the back, but it gets easier with practice. If you are wearing maternity bottoms and have it over the top, you'll either have to take it off when going to the bathroom or pull it up. Not too big of a deal.

I bought this early (in my 5th month of pregnancy) when I was hit with some surprise ligament pain. I am very happy with my purchase. I like that the belt is very adjustable so I could wear the same size throughout my 2nd and 3rd trimester as my belly grew. It's easy to use, and I can wear it lower or higher depending on where I want support. If you are looking for high support for running or intense physical activity, you might want a different belt, but this one is great for light to moderate exercise or everyday wear. I can easily wear it under my outfits. Velcro causes one area of fabric to fuzz.

I like this band but my stomach isnt a typical prego belly so it pushes my giggle up and out not a big deal to me but it still lifts and relieves my back pain and the feeling of feeling so heavy in the front from baby being so low in my hips
This band is really super great once your belly starts getting very heavy from baby. My belly started getting heavy more toward the evening after all day of being on my feet. Once I got this I was able to go on walks without holding my belly up with my hands.

Not going to lie I do not like this belly band at first but eventually it helped my growing belly rise up on the occassion. Now im using it as often as I need for the back pain and hip straints.
I'm 5'3 and weighed about 225 at the start of my pregnancy when I bought this band. I'm now in the middle of my third trimester, 30 pounds heavier and it's still holding up strong. I had a complete spinal reconstruction when I was a kid so back pain is just a part of life for me (even more so now with a growing belly) but when I put this band on, it holds my belly up comfortably and it's even easier to breath with it on. I am very pleased with the quality, however sometimes when I'm wearing it for a long period of time, I have to take it off and readjust the straps because they'll start riding up. This usually happens if I'm going from standing to sitting often.
Around 8 months I noticed it wasnt as elastic as it used to be. I also found it SUPER hard to put on, because if you didnt align the velcro just so, it scratched your skin all day long. Very comfortable
Isn't the main cure to the back pain problems but definitely helps support your belly and hips. My only complaint is that the part where your belly goes is shaped weird. The top part digs into your belly. It needs to be higher or that needs to have stretch. I'm not huge so that isn't the issue.
