All of the bristles in the brush shreds so much every brush you see them come out in baby’s hair and on face. Definitely not safe because baby can ingest it. But I love the comb!! That’s why I gave 2 stars.

This time I ordered it to give as a gift. We own it and absolutely love it. Our son loved the brush and always enjoyed it when we gently stroked his head with it. The comb helped us a lot with cradle cap and the brush with the rubber nubs is now very good for combing your hair into shape after bathing or in the morning. Due to the fact that the materials are harmless, he also asked everything in detail with his hands, mouth and eyes. It also looks super noble in the packaging and therefore a great gift for every expectant parent.

As a first time dad, and a dude who didn't even know how to use a hair tie before, I was looking for ways to have some gentle bonding time with my infant daughter beyond nighttime reading. In the beginning we had a plastic brush. Unfortunately, it broke quickly. This brush and comb is great value for money. I absolutely loved this brush and comb set! My newborn baby was born with a full head of hair, and as a new Mom, that was a surprise to me—this brush set could not have come more handy! I was thoroughly pleased with how gentle the materials were for my baby's head and hair, especially the goat-hair bristle brush. I was also pleasantly surprised by the bristles for the other hairbrush—I was worried they would be too rough for my baby's head, but they're made of bamboo and very light/flexible on his head. And of course, the comb makes it nice to style his hair nearly. Overall, I'd say this is a great value set for any new Mom, even if you don't end up using all the brushes for your baby's hair!

Just received it. It seems to be well made. I love the softness of the goat brush and the sturdiness of the baby comb. It came in a nice string box. This is definitely something you can give as a gift. We are waiting for our baby to come any day now so I am excited to brush his hair and massage his scalp.I guess my question is, do I need to wash the comb and brushes. If I do, how do I clean it? I can't get over how incredibly soft the goat bristle brush is for a baby's head and the massage brush is perfect for longer hair. The wooden comb is very sturdy, as are all of the items in the kit. This is such a sweet set. We’ve had it for a couple months, and they’ve proven to be sturdy (despite an overly enthusiastic toddler that likes to play with them) and the soft brush has stayed soft and hasn’t shed. I think they would be perfect for a baby shower gift.

I'm having our next baby is September, and it has been a few years, so I am slowly collecting the items, I have gotten rid of during that time and replacing with better and new things. This brush/comb set is super cute!! Honestly I'm glad I chose it. I know from past experience that KeaBabies has great quality baby items. The brush bristles are soooo soft, softest I have ever felt on a baby brush. The bristles on the other are nice for massaging. I would use it on myself.
The comb I LOVE that it os all wood. The fact that the bristles don't bend esialy is so nice. I feel like it will hold up so much better than previous brands I have purchased. Haha The price is decent. Normally I wouldn't spend that much on a set, but I want only the best for this newborn babe.
