I was a little sceptical at first I've never used a support belt before but I am absolutly 110% satisfied. I had a natural birth with an epidural and my back and pelvis has been killing me ever since I delivered 4 days ago. The moment I put the belts on I felt immediate relief it aligned and supports my back and pelvis so well it's a huge relief! I can see this being very helpful for lower back problems as well! Very well priced and very comfortable. With the exception I am wearing ih ng it over a tank top to protect my skin from possible irritation as some people have mentioned.

The support wrap is nice to have. Since it's three individual wraps that work together, one or two wraps can be used at a time and they can be tightened or loosened to meet your body's needs. If you're considering purchasing this: if your postpartum weight is up to/around 170 - 175, it will be snug but it will still work. If you're above 175lbs, I suggest ordering the XL.

I didn’t realize this included 3 separate pieces, but I do love that it targets different areas. It looks And feels well made, which is a plus for me also. The directions were not the clearest, but after some brain power, I figured it out. I like that it can be adjusted to what is comfortable and that there is guidance on when to use each piece postpartum.

Great product, I ordered it before my delivery and wore it home from the hospital. I couldn’t wear it for extended periods at first but worked the time periods up gradually. I walked my newborn around the neighborhood while wearing this and I’ve lost some much weight since delivery that it doesn’t really fit as snug. It does lose shape, but it’s from trying to make it tighter. I would buy another if I have another baby.
