It’s very simple not very detailed and as almost nothing about the pregnancy other than 2-4 questions about food craving aversions and how baby was announced. Wished it would have had a little bigger section. Also wish it had a few more pages for photos through each year. (Only has 1 spot photo for child’s birthday. But weirdly has spots for pictures of the nursery instead).

I bought this as a gift for my daughter to use for her new baby and she loved it! It's absolutely beautiful! The quality is outstanding.It starts at birth and goes up by month, until 12 months, and then switches over to years, from 1-5. They're pretty much included every milestone you can think of. There's a family tree to include grandparents and great grandparents. The back cover even has a little boxed envelope to hold your babies keepsakes.I choose this book for my grandson because it has a modern look and I was looking for something more neutral. Great value for what I paid! I've included a silent video of me flipping through each page. As I shopped for baby books I was curious as to exactly what was inside, so I thought this might be helpful to someone else looking for just the right book.

The pages are on the thicker side. It has everything that you would want to remember. It is very cute and would be a perfect gift or just for your own child.

I am so excited to fill out this book for the years to come. Can't wait to one day show it to my son, and maybe even eventually gift it to him, perhaps when he has his own kids. The pages are laid out in a great way and each section is well organized and includes a lot of great themes. The only thing I wish they had included was a page dedicated to the baby shower, but I might just use one of the other pages and cover up the lettering and make my own (for example there's a page dedicated to the baby's nursery but we have a one bedroom home and so he doesn't have a nursery for the time being). Love the pages for writing our baby letters, and all the extra pages in the back for freestyling our own ideas. There's also a special envelope in the back to keep extra photos, baby shower invitations, anything really that you want to keep safe and with the album. I never had anything like this when I was a kid, I barely have any photos from my childhood so it's a very special thing to be able to do this for my son and keep these memories safe and collected all in one spot.

I purchased this book for my sister and after I received it, I was reading some of the reviews about how grammar was an issue and how there were weird phrases. I got paranoid and before giving it to her, I went through it page by page. Everything seemed accurate and I found no errors or weird phrases like one of the reviews stated. The only comment I think maybe true is the family tree. But I think they intentionally didn’t write mother, father, etc because every family is different. Some Have same sex marriage so they kept it blank but gave big boxes for people to fill in their own title and name. The review about the gal who said this book excludes other children. Well, every child has his/her own book- that’s the point. Ridiculous comments like that just baffle me! And I smelled no bad smell like that review stated. This book is precious and a must have for any new mom;)

I love this baby book, the prompts it asks you are really nice, the artwork is cute. My only complaint is the family tree page is MADDENING. The layout of the family tree is not a traditional layout and leaves no good way to list the family members in an order that makes sense. I know im being OCD but it loses a star for that lol. Otherwise its great!

I am absolutely thrilled with this book. First it's hardcover but the inside spine is spiral which makes me sure it's going to hold up.Second its completely LGBT and single parent family appropriate. A lot of other books have like 5 pages on how mom met dad and about their marriage etc. The language in this book is queer inclusive and not so specific that it would demand two parent involvement. This is exactly what I wanted.The only downside I found is theres no protective sheet on pages where you add pictures but honestly that's nothing a little lamination won't solve and I'm not about to deduct a star for that.

Loved that is was spiral book, covered preg, firsts, 5 yrs, had envelope attached for souvenirs. Will make nice "story book" for reading to grand daughter as lots of thoughtful nature/baby animal art in it and places for important pictures of firsts and birthday/holidays. Better than I ever even expected. And a really reasonable price for such a quality item. Thanks!

Love love love this book. It documents your child’s moments up to age 5. The pages are adorable. The only negative thing I have to say is how confusing it is to figure out how you want to fill out your family tree.

I purchased this Baby Memory Book Journal for my pregnant daughter as a part of her post-partum gift basket. My daughter loved it! The design is simple, but pretty and sophisticated. Inside layout is easy to navigate and has a lot of space for messages and even pictures. I would recommend the product.

I can’t say how perfect this book is. It covers everything from how you found out you were pregnant, family tree, about the parents, the day your baby was born, baby’s first including holidays, birthdays, all the way to having pages and an envelope on the inside back cover for letters to your child. I can’t WAIT to fill it out as my baby grows.

My niece had a say in me choosing this book. When she got it she was very happy with it. She has a 9 year old daughter and she loved it too. I thought it was pretty nice and looked easy to use, and loved all the good reviews.

Can't speak positive points for this book. It is great quality with thick pages. Very versatile as you can write and add plenty of pictures. And you capture memories and milestones for your baby's first 5 years. A must have for sure.

This baby book is so pretty and every page is great! I feel like I will be able to fill every page unlike some other books where they just have unnecessary inserts that aren't really important. This book also goes past the first year, which I like. The graphics on the pages are also SO cute on the woodlands themed book. I wasn't crazy about the front cover picture, but the inside graphics are great. My only complaint is that when it shipped, the corner got a little smushed. But that is definitely not the fault of the book. I would recommend this baby book to any mom!!

The recipient has already thanked me for the ease in recording those early milestones! I had similar with my sons, and despite plans to document in beautiful handwriting in their baby books, I found this type of calendar to be the only way to keep up. Every baby needs this so their mama can manage some sanity in keeping those early memories.

Don't think to much just buy it !!! Everything in one book

I love how it has everything you can add from pictures to baby's 1st to their first day of kindergarten. One issue I think I might run into in the future is the papers being held together by rings. From my experience, pages connected to rings rip easy and are hard to piece back together.

The book is perfect! Divided into chronological chapters, includes cute quotes, simple yet beautiful artwork, and is a great keepsake. I purchased other books that were way too detail orientated (asking dates of every milestone imaginable) yet this is the perfect balance of detail yet practical. Book is sturdy and I love it! Bought one for each kid and actually redid an old book to this version.
