This was a cute activity. The package is easy enough to follow and came with all the items needed to make the handprint ornament. You have to make sure to work fast once you’ve opened up the clay package otherwise it starts drying up and cracking very quickly — and like most art, it gets harder and harder to fix something once thr drying process starts. Our little one kept moving around so we had to redo the prints a few times, and noticed the clay started cracking and drying already. My tip is to try to get it how you want it the first time and make sure your baby is in a good and calm mood before you start this activity.This was fun and cute — will be cherishing these tiny handprints in years to come!
Frankly this kit is very well designed. It has absolutely everything you need to create the keepsake! I waited a bit too long to do this for my baby but it still came out really nicely. I was really impressed by the clay because it really kept the shape and form of the imprint unlike other clays I've tried. Definitely well worth the money!
I definitely recommend! I was able to make FOUR handprints just like the one in my photo (using different ribbon colors that were provided) and the gold paint. The directions tell you it makes 2, and they send 2 little stands in the package, but I didn’t make mine as thick as they said to… and I was able to make 4 handprint Christmas gifts for the grandparents!

Love how it turned out! Tip on how to make it look smooth. After you form the clay into the mold, wet your finger and spread it around on the surface. If you mess up with the hand print, spread water on it again to start over.
Bought this as gift for my son and his wife! They were expecting their first baby. They made this with baby Carters one month old foot prints. It came out so perfectly love it!
This is a cute set to capture your baby's hand and foot! I wish I found it sooner. Not for hanging ornaments though, just display due to its heaviness. Good quality but does take 4-5 days to completely dry. Gold paint is easy to do, I used 2 coats. Easy to use with my 6 month old, but still needed help from my husband to hold my baby while I separated her fingers and toes for a clearer print when I pushed down. In retrospect, I could have probably cut the clay in half for both to make it thinner. After rolling the clay to smooth it out, I recommend pushing into the mold, then doing the print on the backside since it will be flatter and smoother from pushing it down. Love this product!

It's literally perfect. It takes 4 days to dry, make sure you let dry both sides by 2nd or 3rd day.
This kit is so good! You do not need water, no problem with wrinkles. All you need to do is knead the clay for a few minutes, flatten it out, put the clay into the circle mold and then press your child's hand/foot onto the clay. There really isn't much to it! Pictured is my son's handprint. Just got it today so it has to dry out but I'm not disappointed one bit!
The hand prints came out beautifully. I saw some reviewers complaining that they could not get the wrinkles out of the clay, but if you massaged the clay in your hands for a few minutes (like the instructions say) then it is easy to do. A tip would be to flatten the wet clay into the mold on the paper they give you and then turn over the clay to the other side to get a very good flat surface. Also, make sure your kid's hands are very clean before placing them in the clay (it's easy when the baby is asleep to get a good open hand print).
It is easy to use if you have patience. It’s not perfect but its super cute!

I haven't had a chance to make a foot print or a hand print yet but I love everything that comes with this kit. You get to package so you can do two prints or you can use both packs together for a larger hand or foot. I love that it has a cute little stand and letter stamps so I can perfectly lable my prints. My baby is already 10 months and I never did a hand print. I think at this point I'll do one for her 1st birthday.
These came out very cute! We weren't sure if we wanted to paint them gold but we ended up doing it and it made the imprint really stick out. I recommend doing 2 coats of the paint it comes out better. Make great gifts for grandparents or anyone really. We will definitely love having this on our tree!! I love that it comes with a stand too so you can display it all year round.

Super cute set ! We did one in the circle and one I rolled out and trimmed into a rectangle because her foot was to big for the circle mold.
This was really easy to use. I had one when my daughter was born 12 years ago and I has to mix with water and something else dont remember everything but this was so easy. Knead, press, press hands/feet, add letter detail let set, display! Now if that's not easy I dont know what is! The foot pressed better than the hand cause he wanted to dig his fingernail in it lol. But they turned out amazing. If a mess up happens during pressing hands just knead again! Easy peasy!

I love that it even comes with easels so you can hang or display the keep sake art when your done. It Had great instructions and was easy to use!! I also love the cool letter stamper it came with! I was expecting to have to individually stamp each letter, but nope you can put it in the cool tool and beable to stamp the whole word at once! Great product would purchase again to give as gifts!
