Glass broke after first microwave

I like these because I write in sharpie on the lid n it washes off great, the inside seals do come off rather easily when washing though
Rana
Love these! Can use erasable markers to note dates / food labels

Ordered for my daughter's 6 month old baby, so she could send baby food to daycare. Very sturdy, easy to clean in dishwasher and should last a long time, as the glass jars are fairly thick. Great product; I would recommend and I usually do not even write a review.

I bought this baby food glass containers so I can warm up baby’s food by putting the container in hot water or steamer, to avoid using microwave. I’ve been using it for 1 month and last night, while warming up the baby’s food with this container in hot water, the bottom part came off :(I was very worried that chipped glass got into the food. I had to throw out the meal I prepared for her. When KeaBabies Customer Support Team contacted me, they were apologetic. They gave me the options to replace the items or refund. Quick response.

Overall, these jars are of a great quality. They don’t leak, the lids are nice matte color, you can write with a permanent marker on the lids and it is easy to wipe it off. The order was shipped fast and came nicely packaged. The reason I gave four stars is that one jar came deformed and it leaks so I can’t use it. But overall I’m satisfied with this product and highly recommend!

I really enjoyed this product. Super useful and easy to travel.

I really liked these for prepping my baby food. Holds well in the freezer, has measurements on the side so I can accurately portion it out. Lids are good too. Overall, really happy with these!
Sarah
I love these little jars! The coloured lids are very cute and they have been washed in the dishwasher countless times with no issue. Occasionally I've had to take out the rubber gasket in the lid to clean under it but not very often. They're perfect for two portions for my 6.5 month old.
Rebecca
Simple and effective! Good for more than just baby food.
Cocojam
I bought this baby food glass containers so I can warm up baby’s food by dipping the container in a hot water, avoiding using microwave as much as possible. Been using it for 2 months already
Kay
Holds 1-2 frozen cubes of baby food. I've also frozen food straight in the jars and they reheat nicely. They fit perfectly in my bottle warmer.

The product is good quality and beautiful colors

Great size. Keeps baby food fresh and sealed. Can write on lids and wipe off
Daria Radu
If you read the instructions carefully and take the proper care they will not break. Very pleased with the product

I really like these containers. They are a lot larger than what you would think. My baby has just started solids and a jar lasts for 2+ meals. I use a dry erase marker to write the dates on the lids and pop them in the freezer or fridge after prepping. Each jar only has 2 parts - jar, washer and lid...this makes them East to clean. I think these would also be great for my baby when he is a toddler for snack containers for when we are out and about.
Justin Bilodeau
Wish they came with more containers for the price. I freeze all my baby food with them and they work well.

These are perfect for storing baby food, either on the fridge or freezer. They don't leak and are very easy to clean. They are the perfect size to take on the go and they have oz measure marks to know exactly how much food you are storing.
Fatjon Ismalaj
The best baby food containers. Keeps the food fresh,so easy to clean and doesn't take extra room in the fridge. Best product ever

Buy to put the puree cubes to my baby. Very useful go to the dishwasher. Use every day since my purchase.
Jojo Cass
High-quality and very thick glass, it's definitely leakproof as you can tell from my pictures. I love that it even has the measure guide on the glass so it's easier for you to know how much you've put there. I've been using this for a couple of months and so far no issues at all. I absolutely recommend this.
mcarter
Exactly as advertised. Leak proof and good quality.

I like using these containers as they have different color lids that help me visually identify common/similar types of food. I use specific colors for fruits, vegetables, and others for meat products. Size is enough for a toddler's food portion.Good value product :)

WoW, love love love!!! Great quality.

I gave up plastic containers and aluminum several years ago as they were triggers for my autoimmune condition. This is a perfect portion size for preserving foods

It arrived safely today Nov 30 in good condition. I can't tell you more about this product since it is a christmas presents for my grandchildren ( Twin Boys ) . They are 3 months old now and they will be on solids when they will be six months old. They were born 36 weeks only pre mature.

I am using these jars to hold and store homemade baby food. It worked great for freezing and for keeping in the fridge. They give a small page of instructions on things like heating. And they're cute. I recommend these to anyone wanting to make and store baby food!

I spend more time that I would like to admit deciding which glass jars to purchase. I am so happy I went with these ones. I love that there is no paint on the jars. And they are very sturdy jars. I have only used them in the fridge so far but they work great! No spills and abs do an excellent job keeping baby boys foods fresh. They are also easy to clean. We couldn't be happier.

Okay, so to get my dog interested in his kibble I add a mixture of rice, veggies & ground meat to his kibble. I was reusing freezer bags but they're kind of annoying to hand wash and dry. I was in search of a container I could put in the freezer, dishwasher and also heat. Baby food containers started popping up on my Google searches and I thought hey, why not? I take one container out of the freezer and let it thaw out. I'll warm it up by setting the container in a bowl and pouring extra kettle water over (I do pour over coffee in the am) or I'll take the lid off and pop it in the oven (I don'thave a microwave.) Anyway, long weird story short, I've put these in the oven, poured boiling water over them and put them in the dishwasher. As for storage they generally live partially in my freezer, dishwasher and in the cupboard as I always have jars in rotation. They are glass so obviously you can't stack them within each other like plastics so they will take up more space. Also, you can't take them directly from the freezer to a microwave or oven because? science (the care info even says to wait five minutes) I'll take mine from the fridge and into the hot water or oven and they've been wonderful. Seriously a game changer as it makes our morning and night routine so much easier.
Clarie
I love these glass food containers. Twelve come in the box and each lid has a different color. They can be frozen or refrigerated. It's even microwaveable as long as you wait about 10 mins before putting it in the microwave.

I love these jars, they seal tight and are a very thick glass. I do follow the directions on not microwaving the jars when cold and haven't dropped one yet *knock on wood* so not sure how well they hold up in that aspect. I would definitely repurchase.

These little cups are awesome! Says they are leak proof. So I tried with water and they do not leak at all. They stack really nice and they even work well in the freezer. You can also put them in the microwave. Only thing is they are 4 oz. but in order to get 4oz out of them you have to fill all the way to the top. Which isn't a problem for me but if you wanted to freeze them and leave room on top to freeze. I would recommend to mommy's who are making there own baby food!
OneCent
Awesome heavy duty jars. These are the thickest glass jars, making them very sturdy but also a bit weighty. I wouldn't use these for carrying around a bunch in my bag or anything. It's marked up to 2 oz, and can fit upto 4, though I put less for freezing to leave room for expansion. The kids are also solid, with leak proofing around the top edge and simple but wide threading to make closing and opening a snap.
Keira
Even if you're not making your own baby food. This is perfect to put measured amounts of dry cereal in to make traveling easier! Even if it's just to Grammy

I ordered these because I like glass containers for sorting and organzing so many things - craft supplies, spices and other ingredients. They arrived looking a bit cloudy - a wash was definitely in order, which should happen before food use, anyway.A hot soapy water hand wash and air dry did the trick, and they're now lovely clear containers awaiting anything I add to them. The first item was some mosaic glass to keep it dust free until used. They fit more pieces than expected, and closed easily. The lids have a thin rubber gasket included to help keep food fresh. They're easy to open, great for the intended baby food use as sometimes having two totally available hands isn't an option.I like the multi-colored lids for color coding. They haven't been used for food or spices yet to determine if the rubber gasket retains any scents that can taint the next items placed into them.

These containers are cute, sturdy and they work very well.

These are fantastic portions for baby food jars. They are large enough to grow with baby. They also don't have to necessarily be filled all the way for younger kids. The jars are glass. They are thick and well made. They have two spots (on opposite sides) that help with twisting off the lid. The areas almost look like fingerprints and they are slightly textured. They truly look like small mason jars. The instructions say that once a jar comes out of the refrigerator or freezer to let it sit just a few before putting it until the microwave to avoid any cracking of glass. I have not had any problems and have followed their recommendations. The tops are plastic. They have large ridges around the lid to help with twisting off. The tops are smooth and can be written on or you can use the food labeling stickers. They fit tightly on the jar. They are also brightly colored and stack well. They are large mouths too so they are easy to fill without difficulty. The quality of this set is superb. My kids of course like all the different colored tops. I like the more practical features like dishwasher safe glass and large content size. But from the color of the tops to the size of the jars, this is a great set with an adequate number of jars.

These little jars are so useful! Super good quality, thick glass, with sturdy plastic lids that have a silicone seal to prevent leaking. They are four ounces filled to the rim, so really plan on them holding about 3 ounces. They are freezer safe, and microwavable. Each glass jar has an imprint of a teddy bear, and you get 12 lids, two of each of six colors. These are not only great for storing homemade baby food, but if you're little one only eats half a jar of baby food, you can scoop half the jar into one of these as soon as you open it, and store it away for the next meal.
HEYOOO
I love putting my baby's food in glass jars. These are fantastic and I love their lids.

If you make your own baby food at home, these little glass jars are perfect for storing and keeping it in. 4 oz containers is the perfect serving size, great for freezing and overall highly recommended.

These are some of the most well made baby food containers I've used. Thick, durable glass with a thick plastic lid. It's 100% leak-proof with the silicone ring inside the lid. I added some water to the glass, closed the lid and shook it vigorously and nothing leaked out. Love that these are freezer safe and microwave safe. The max capacity is 4 oz but I have to fill it to the brim to reach 4 oz. If you've going to freeze these, DO NOT fill these to the brim because the food inside will EXPAND and can crack the glass/lid. So do leave some room inside if freezing. Do not microwave immediately after taking out from the freezer, leave it out for a couple of minutes before proceeding to heat it up. These are perfect not just for baby food but for salad dressing and dipping sauce to bring to the office/picnic, etc. I wish the set came with a few larger containers too. Love the cut design on the glass and the measurements on the side. Not the most affordable set, similar sets are selling for under $20 but it's the most adorable.

These are nice baby food jars. They are sturdy. The dishes don't leak. They have cute little bears on them. The seal does have a plastic scent that does fade with washing and use. These are also cute little containers for storage and organization, great for crafts! It's important that these jars keep the food fresh.

good quality, love the colors, and packaged well

These are very good quality glass jars and they fit perfectly on my cup washer on the sink... I cant wait to start making food for my little one
LYf
These glass food containers are very high quality and just what I needed. I got these to store leftover canned pet food and the 12 pack is more than I would ever need. I love that these are microwaveable, so I can warm up the canned food using the same container. I just wish these were a little bigger so they were easier to clean, but I can still fit the sponge inside.

These baby jars can hold up to 4 oz. if you fill it all the way to the top. I would not do that, because as soon as you open the lid, the contents would leak/drip. Also, you can NOT fill to the top if you are freezing purees? there needs to be room for the puree to expand. So these are 4 oz jars, but practically speaking, they really only hold 2-3 oz.These are made of a sturdy, thick glass that is dishwasher, freezer, and microwave safe. The caps are plastic with a silicone rim on the inside. I filled one with water and shook it as hard as I could? no leaks!I do like that these jars have measurements on the sides. And that you can write on the caps. That's very convenient.Overall these are nice quality jars, but they won't hold 4 oz if you don't want them to drip or if you want to freeze them.

I've been looking for just this type of small containers to hold small amounts of foods. I've now found them in this wonderful glass set with plastic screw-top lids (there's also a silicone ring in the lid making them spill-proof). The glass is thick and sturdy, reminding me of good quality canning jars. The jars hold a maximum of 4 oz. liquid. They can be refrigerated, frozen, microwaved (let warm up a bit before heating), and in the dishwasher. The design in the glass on one side has the KeaBabies logo - a cute baby chick, the opposite is measurements, and in between are depressions for your fingers for holding the jar safely. These are referred to as Prep Jars, and are stackable. The lid is able to have the contents written on top, though I usually just use a piece of masking tape for easy removal.

12-Pack Baby Food Containers - 4 oz Leak-Proof, Microwavable, Glass Baby Food Storage Container - Baby Food Storage Containers - Baby Bullet Jars - Freezer, Dishwasher Safe Puree Feeding Jar (Nord) (New)Got my shipment yesterday and use it immediately. Each color comes with two jars, very thick glasses jar. When I first open the box it did have some plastic smell, took three out clean it with soap the stabilizer with boiled water. Let it dry and I have made some herb soup. I didn't fill it all the way, the 2oz line is about 7 spoon full. Closed it and pop it back into the fridge ! Very convenient !

12-Pack Baby Food Containers - 4 oz Leak-Proof, Microwavable, Glass Baby Food Storage ContainerThe "All You Need to Know" pamphlet has me a bit concerned. It states you should take food out of the frig at least 5 minutes or 10 minutes if it came out of the freezer before micro-waving since the jar could crack or shatter. Mine have not shattered or cracked but I am cautious to make sure I set the jars out before heating. I love these little jars - the lids are colorful and have a clean silicone o-ring that keeps the jar from leaking! Totally leak proof. If you find one of your jars is leaking, just adjust the o-ring. Easy to clean - just put in the dishwasher! I love that the jars are glass - I can see the contents. I often have little bits of left-over food and I just put them in these jars - ready for the next meal! Very convenient! Nothing not to like about these jars! 4 Stars! Hope you find this review and pictures helpful!
j_who250
These are fantastic quality - very similar to small Ball brand jam jars, but with different decorations on the side (more kids friendly) and plastic screw on lids. The lids are also thick - well made plastic. They are easy to grip and have perfectly smooth tops so you can easily label what's in side with a dry erase marker (or sharpie - just use 91% rubbing alcohol to remove it completely when done). Or you could also put a sticker on top since it's fully flat. These are 4oz only if you fill them to the brim, which you don't really want to do, especially if you're freezing them.As with Ball brand, never put it straight in the microwave from the freezer. I've cracked my fair share of quart jars doing that so I've learned my lesson. Just like pyrex brand, these are sensitive to major & quick changes in temperature. The instructions inside say you can leave it at room temp for a fe minutes before putting a frozen jar in the microwave, but I won't risk it. I let them thaw at room temp or in the fridge for a couple hours before microwaving. They're excellent quality! Like Ball jars, they don't fit inside each other for stacking. But the quality is worth the extra storage space needed!

Review for: 12-Pack Baby Food Containers - 4 oz Leak-Proof, Microwavable, Glass Baby Food Storage Container - Baby Food Storage ContainersThese are surprisingly heavy jars. They remind me of the 4oz canning jars. The lids come in different colors and once in place, the jars are leakproof. This is an excellent set of storage jars for baby food but also for other small food items. The jars stack easily and the lids can be written on.

These are great little jars and not just for babies. I like that they are straight up and down so they stack nicer and don't tip as easily as bowl shaped containers. This is a nice gift set for a baby shower or for personal use.I make up little jars of food topper for my pets and these are perfect. I can freeze them and remove to thaw and warm them in the microwave if I want. Then I can wash them in the dishwasher. The glass is thick, feels like a canning jar, not cheap.Excellent

The media could not be loaded. Overall, I really like these jars. Tiny for individual servings, dips in a lunch, or baby food.Dry Erase Marker the date and contentsSturdy thick glass with drop resistant dimplesNot as impressive plastic lids - 6 colors. But the one thing I'm worried about is that the silicone rings don't fit snug ...I don't know where these are manufactured.

I LOVE these KeaBabies baby food storage jars! They are glass, BPA-free, do not absorb any odors or stains, wash easily and can be microwaved, refrigerated or even frozen if needed. They have colorful lids that are air-tight and leak-proof which makes these jars very suitable for on-the-go. The lids make the jars stackable when not in use too!The jars have clear markings and are easy to fill. They hold 4 oz when filled to the very top, 3 oz if filled to the shoulders, and there's measurements in both ml and oz so you know exact amounts when filling and feeding. At the time of this review, KeaBabies jars are very attractively priced and I would recommend them without reservations! Great product and value!

I'm a huge fan of KeaBabies ever since I tried their swaddles and burp cloths for my newborn. I continue to be impressed with the quality and design of the products so far. This was no exception. These food jars are excellent quality, durable and heavy glass with durable screw-on, leak-proof tops. I love the assorted top covers and the cute creature design on each jar. Included was a leaf of instructions on how to handle the jars when using it in terms of reheating so make sure to follow instructions to prevent any sort of mishandling and accidents with glass jar. Other then that, I love this love and see no issues with the quality and the price. Recommend!
