I love that KeaBabies just makes parenting a little bit simpler and more easy-flowing. My KeaBabies Original Backpack Diaper Bag is my favorite product because it has all the space and organization to make traveling with kids as hassle-free as possible. I can find everything I need in seconds. A bonus feature: It’s super cute too!

Share 1 amazing tip about parenthood

Figure out early on what will make your life easier as a parent; organization, routine, certain products, etc. Parenting is hard... Do yourself a favor and don’t make it any harder than it needs to be!

How did you overcome your difficulties or challenges?

I always remember that anything can be overcome. The hardest times will pass. Just know that if your mind is looking towards the light (and not the dark), the brighter things will come to you sooner. It’s harder to get past difficulties when you’re stuck in a bad mindset about it.

Any challenges throughout parenthood and how you overcome them?

I have honestly faced a plethora of challenges since becoming a parent. From tough pregnancies, to preemie babies, to PPD, to pre-existing mental health issues, to being a stay-at-home mom and never having a second to myself. I have overcome those challenges by first, getting my mindset to a good place. Like, making it a priority for me to take time for myself, meditate, and go to therapy. Second, problem solving. I had to figure out real solutions to my real problems. When it was possible, that is. And third, allowing time to take its course. For example, I couldn’t take my baby out of the NICU, even though it was extremely hard to have him in there, not coming home. As well as, I was sitting in that dark room alone, day in and day out, for 3 months. But time had to take its course. Time and getting your mind to a good spot will heal anything.

Best part about parenthood?

I think the best part about parenthood is the love + laughter. Feeling the unconditional love from your kids and hearing their laughter. Nothing in this life beats it.
