Frankly this kit is very well designed. It has absolutely everything you need to create the keepsake! I waited a bit too long to do this for my baby but it still came out really nicely. I definitely recommend! I was able to make FOUR handprints just like the one in my photo (using different ribbon colors that were provided) and the gold paint. The directions tell you it makes 2, and they send 2 little stands in the package, but I didn’t make mine as thick as they said to… and I was able to make 4 handprint Christmas gifts for the grandparents!

The item itself comes with everything you need, however it’s definitely harder to imprint the child’s hand than you would think. The clay is super thick so it makes a heavy ornament. I wouldn’t recommend using the letters, it’s hard to read. I just wrote the information with a sharpie; and only ended up doing the foot. I will give the second packet meant for the hand to a friend because it was uncomfortable for our baby and too think to make a lasting imprint.
