I bought this Keabelly Postpartum Belt for a baby shower gift I hope she loved her gift it’s for my sister in law she’s pregnant but she never had used any postpartum belt. I had not used a postpartum belt until after my second child. She was about 4 months old and when one day I bent down to pick her up and felt a pop in my stomach. My abs had split (diastasis recti), a common postpartum occurrence. My belly felt jiggly, my core felt weak and I even had trouble pooping because my abs couldn’t work like they were supposed to. I looked for solutions and came across this and thought it was worth a shot. I like that there are 3 different bands that I can mix and match for varying levels of support. I like the middle one for workouts because it doesn’t show under shirts and gives support to strengthen my abs. It has been a few months now and I have noticed significant improvement. My only complaint is sometimes it gets itchy and occasionally during a workout the fabric piles up and pinches. Other than that works great!

This postpartum belt is fantastic. I have tried waist trainers with other Babies and they are just so uncomfortable especially when sitting down. This is more flexible and you can adjust it so many different ways so it really moves with you but still cinches you in! It comes with 3 pieces so you can wear just 1 of the pieces or all 3 which is nice as well! Lastly, it would make a great gift because it comes nicely packaged with lovely looking instructions!
I bought this because it had 3 bands, they are all very comfortable & supportive, but one of them is also perfect & extra supportive for c sections which was a plus for me. They are easy to put on. There is also a very detailed instruction book that tells you exactly how to use them
