I had a complete spinal reconstruction when I was a kid so back pain is just a part of life for me (even more so now with a growing belly) but when I put this band on, it holds my belly up comfortably and it's even easier to breath with it on. I am very pleased with the quality, however sometimes when I'm wearing it for a long period of time, I have to take it off and readjust the straps because they'll start riding up. This usually happens if I'm going from standing to sitting often.

Around 8 months I noticed it wasnt as elastic as it used to be. I also found it SUPER hard to put on, because if you didnt align the velcro just so, it scratched your skin all day long. Very comfortable

The belt did nothing for me. I wore it on and off for about a week and my pain was no different. I am 7 months pregnant for reference. For me it was irritating to my stomach and my baby didn’t like when I wore it. It really didn’t give me the support I expected or the pain relief. It came in nice packaging. But again for me it did nothing.

I can easily wear it on our under my clothes. I give it 3 stars because the straps tend to ride up and I have to fix them and the latching is on the back not front. My PT trainer said that is not very effective, and I find myself adjusting it often. It does give minor relief support but for 3rd trimester being heavily pregnant need to go with a more heavy duty item.

I'm dealing with the symphysis. Since I've been wearing the belt (only when going for a walk or doing household chores), the pain has become more bearable. You can't see the belt under your clothes and you don't notice it when you're wearing it. I should have bought it sooner.

I am SO impressed with this belt. I had misplaced the one I used for my first pregnancy from a different brand. I found I hated wearing it because it was stiff and hot.
